Nike Updates SportsWatch to Track Fuel Points

Nike and TomTom have unveiled four new colors, including black and anthracite, volt, anthracite and volt, and finally an anthracite and blue glow variant for its Nike+ Sportwatches.

With that they have also announced the features, and pricing for its SportWatch GPS model. The Nike+ Sportwatch users will be able to access Fuel measurement built-in --  NikeFuel. This will convert a runner's mileage into universal units that measure movements in a wide variety of different sports. As a result, it will be easy for users to compare their performance against that of athletes in other sports, and share their achievements with friends.

US pricing for the updated SportWatch range is currently unavailable, but the Nike+ SportWatch GPS is available in Europe at £149for the base Black / Blue model. There is also a range of other color options available at £169 which all come bundled with a Nike+ sensor.

Nike says, "Our extended range of products will be very useful to those adding running into their exercise regime. And the new NikeFuel measurement brings added motivation, allowing people to share and compare their performance with friends in other sports."
