Photographs of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Khloé with Cleveland Cavalier's Tristan Thompson together in Cabo San Lucas are found online. In the photo, Tristan Thompson is seen holding Khloé by her arms as they walk.

Although no official statements from the two, rumors about their romance started when both traveled to Mexico for the Labor Day weekend. Reports say the two went with Malika Haqq to Mandala nightclub but onlookers said the two were "laughing a lot of the time". No holding hands or kissing were seen.

Last weekend, the two were also spotted together at Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Beverly Hills, California. Again, there was no public display of affection but both left the scene a couple of minutes from each other.

Kardashian filed a divorce from husband Lamar Odom in 2013 but withdrew her petition when he was found in a Nevada brothel unconscious. According to reports, Odom's case was a non-suicidal drug overdose but it appears the former LA Lakers player suffered from Ischemic stroke.

In an interview, Kardashian said that she is not back with Odom and only withdrew her petition for a divorce so she can make medical decisions for him. But now, Kardashian feels she also needs to move on now with her life. "I was holding out to help Lamar but Lamar's not helping himself," said Kardashian. "There's no reason to hold on to this, it will always be love and I will always like love Lamar and be his friend." She added.

In one of her episodes, Khloe consulted her business manager about refiling her petition but wants to make sure she can still help Lamar if in case of another overdose incident. Her manager assured her that the actress can still be his acting guardian even after the divorce.
