‘Modern Family’ Season 8: Producer Talks About What’s In Store For The Whole Season

The first episode of "Modern Family" season 8 had already aired and it looks like it is going to be another awesome season for the three families.

The season started with the Dunphy's conquering New York. Phil and Claire wanted to take the car and be on a little road trip on their way back home while Haley, Alex, and Luke will be flying back instead. However, both groups lied to each other and both decided to stay in New York to explore some more.

Cam, Mitch, and Lily Tucker is in Missouri and things did not turn out well for their family. Cam's grandma was dying and when it was Mitch's turn to sit with her, Cam's grandma suddenly pulled his hair and he screamed for her to let go. Cam's grandma then died and his family blaming Mitch for her death.

The Pritchett's are in Mexico to attend a wedding when suddenly Gloria's crazy sister Sonia arrives and seems to be acting like a normal person. Jay told her about Gloria's hot sauce business and this made Gloria mad. She told Jay that they have to leave immediately.

So what's next for the Dunphy's, Tucket's, and Pritchett's?

"Modern Family" executive producer,Christopher Lloyd, spilled the beans in an interview claiming that Alex is becoming more like her sister Hayley.

"It's a little bit of an adventure for her... Working at this coffee shop, she finds herself a little bit questioning her whole path in life."

Haley, on the other hand, will have a new relationship while Luke will get a job at Jay's country club and start taking on the mannerisms of these older men.

As for Cam and Mitch, EP Lloyd said, "We've had some fun with the people that have been brought into their lives with that little venue, so that will continue."

There are a lot more things to watch out for in "Modern Family" season 8.
