Nintendo NX Games, Release Update: PS4-Like Power To Come-Up With 'Pokemon Red And Blue' In HD Graphics?

If Nintendo NX proves to be as powerful as a PS3 or even a PS4, Nintendo may opt to remake one of their older "Pokemon" games. Game Freak is also rumored to create a remake of "Pokemon Red and Blue" with HD graphics. Most of the creatures in "Pokemon GO" originated from "Pokemon Red and Blue."

Nintendo NX will indeed be getting a Pokemon game alongside "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" and "Super Mario." "Pokemon" has been in the list of rumored game titles for the gaming console for sometime, but now it has become official.

There is yet any details specified about the game for Nintendo NX. However, rumor has it that it could be a "Pokemon Sun and Moon" port or even an all-new "Pokemon" game.

It is also rumored that the Nintendo NX may be a combination of a console and a handheld, which strongly hints that the "Pokemon" game may be a port. "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" are said to be the best of the "Pokemon" series which may be the reason why Nintendo would choose these game titles to add to their new system.

Meanwhile, the Nintendo NX is expected to topple its rivals. Some of its tough competitors are Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro and Microsoft's Xbox One Scorpio. The gaming console is believed to be a hybrid of a handheld device as well as a traditional console controls, Ars Technica reported.

The Nintendo NX is not expected to have the same power with the PS4 Pro and Xbox One Scorpio but it is believed to be versatile, a handy gaming console at home and on-the-go, Express reported. The capacity to be plugged on the TV as well as carried around as pleased is seen as the hybrid console's advantage.

Nintendo NX, in the case of a role-playing game on a lighter mission, the player can bring it along on-the-go while the heavier tasks may be finished at home.
