‘Vikings’ Season 4 Finale Will See Ragnar’s Sons’ Bloody Revenge Following Their Father’s Death

Michael Hirst’s “Vikings” is set to pursue its back half post-Halloween and promises an explosion of bloody battles and tragic deaths that know no one.

Ragnar Lothbrok’s Death To Pave Way To Travis Fimmel’s Movie Projects?
A previous report hinted on the possibility of Ragnar Lothbrok’s death when “Vikings” season 4 part 2 returns.

Despite his prominent role in the historical drama, growing speculations have his name rostered in the major downfalls that are yet to be witnessed in the series.

The rumor that Ragnar is slated to be killed by his former enemy, rooted with Fimmel’s alleged decision of taking a leap into the big screens instead.

The theory was also strengthened with episode 11’s synopsis stating that "Ragnar Lothbrok's reappearance in Kattegat (Kevin McCann) triggers a chain of events no one - except the Seer (John Kavanagh) - could have ever imagined. He unexpectedly arrives home to see what has become of his sons and to handle unfinished business in Wessex with King Ecbert (Linus Roache)."

Ivar The Boneless To Avenge Ragnar’s Tragic Demise?
Following the tragic assassination of Ragnar is his sons’ brutal revenge against their enemies.  Ivar the boneless is believed to lead the furious retaliation along with his brothers and their equally blood-thirsty crew.

They will target Northumbria for a violent attack that will showcase aggressive fights causing more deaths.

The first part of the fourth installment showed a young cruel Ivar who killed another boy using a small ax in an ordinary ball game among the village children. The shocking scene is depicted to be the first of the many killing sprees that Ivar will pursue as the show continues. He is also hypothesized to kill one of his brothers out of hatred and jealousy.

It looks like viewers are in for the most thrilling event of their journey with “Vikings.”
