'The Division' Uses PTS To Isolate Issues? Redditors Discover Weapons, Talents Tweaks; Changes Geared Towards Becoming Next 'Diablo' 'Destiny' 'Borderlands'?

"The Division" Game Developer Ubisoft created a Public Test Server (PTS) on Thursday in hopes of isolating issues with their next update, while Redditors have discovered a few tweaks in weapons and Talents. "The Division" is said to be growing more and more like the game "Diablo."

A handful of Redditors worked together to find the patch notes using the current PTS and found several tweaks and rebalances coming to "The Division" update. It is said to focus greatly on weapon and gear stats such as buffs and light machine guns.

However, the Sub Machine Guns have reportedly been significantly nerfed. There is also reportedly some changes to Talents like the increase of the Forceful Talent's armor bonus to 15 percent.

In the Dark Zone, the minimum DZ rank for items sold by DZ vendors has been reduced to 90. There will also be a lot of new stat changes when the update exits the PTS and enters the game officially. It should be noted that all these information are subject to change once the update is released.

Meanwhile, "The Division" has joined forces with its fan or creator community to fix the massive structural problems in the game with a potential 1.4 update in the "Elite Task Force" project. A State of the Game stream has revealed that the game will feature "Diablo"-like world levels to change the base difficulty of the game and result in rewards.

There will be four World Levels to choose from with different tiers of gear: World Tier 1 - 163, 182 gear, World Tier 2 - 182, 204 gear, World Tier 3 - 204, 229 gear and World Tier 4 - 229 gear which is now the max level. The Gearscore was streamlined and now, yellow items of sets will drop at the same levels.

Similar to "Diablo", non-boss enemies and ultra-low-level enemies may drop high-end or set items. Trash mobs also have an equal chance of dropping legendary gear like bosses or elites at lower rates which means more rewards.

"The Division" is said to be aiming for a "Diablo" game, "Destiny" or "Borderlands." The game is expected to have more alterations to enemy scaling, weapons and gear perks, and other issues that still plague the game.
