A Destiny: Rise of Iron player discovered a way to escape a fight with the Siege Engine Boss in the Wrath of the Machine Raid. However, the successful escape also had a consequence.

A video was recently uploaded showing how players can skip the entire Siege Engine Boss showdown. Players will simply proceed to the rights side of the big walls and jump on the railings. As long as players remained against the wall, they will pass through it like the 9 and ¾ train station in the Harry Potter movie.

Consequence of Escape from Siege Engine Boss

Players who run away from the Siege Engine Boss will no longer be entitled to the loot. But they can still get the chest given after a match with the Boss. Those who use this glitch probably do not need the loot anyway. But there is also the possibility that they are gunning for the "Flawless Raider" trophy. Getting away quickly from the messy fight with the Siege Engine Boss is a notable achievement in itself.

Chances of Escape from Siege Engine Boss

This glitch however, will not work if player has already started a fight with the Boss. Player would have to fight it out and settle for the loot. Destiny: Rise of Iron is still a new game where there are a lot of areas still available for exploration including glitches in the game.
