The latest episode of "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" has been an emotional rollercoaster for many avid viewers. Ra On and Crown Prince Yeong's relationship stands on shaky ground with the revelation of Ra On's parentage. Episode 14 culminated with Ra On and Prince Yeong in a warm embrace which in turn drew the highest rating, 21.7 percent, for the show.

Prince Yeong And Ra On's Reunion

As predicted in "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" spoilers, the recent episodes are full of emotion. Upon the revelation that her father is Hong Kyung Rae, the insurgency's leader, Ra On decided to leave the castle. Knowing their time together is drawing to an end, Ra On spent the entire day with Prince Yeong, even kissing him when she thought he was asleep.

Despite Yeong's knowledge of Ra On's identity, he could not hold back. Under the pretense of delivering Han Sang Ik's letter, Lee Yeong tricked Ra On to a meeting. As they met again, Yeong pulled Ra On longingly after telling her that he will not forgive her for leaving.

It was this particular scene that caused the viewership rating of "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" to soar to 21.7 percent based on Nielsen Korea's data.

During the last scenes of the episode Prime Minister Kim and Minister Dumb's plan came to light, which is to destroy the Crown Prince. Prince Yeong received information that the gold given to the assassin as Prime Minister Kim who, in turn, plans his downfall by revealing that he is cavorting with a traitor outside of the palace.

Episode 14 closed its curtain on the sweet embrace between Ra On, the traitor's daughter, and Prince Yeong. There's an army on the way to their meeting point. With how secrets were revealed in this episode, the next episodes would shed more light on the role of Ra On's father who may not be the traitor he was painted to be. Prince Yeong is at a crossroad -- will he marry as his royal duty commands or will he honor the promises he made with Ra On under the full moon?
