When Pokemon GO was launched in July, it created a worldwide rage because their most-loved pocket monsters are making a comeback using the latest technology. With the popularity of the game comes stories of players who found themselves in the most bizarre situations while playing the game. Some of them are funny, some are scary, and some are unbelievable you won't believe it can ever happen.

First was a 19-year old from Wyoming who was trying to find a rare Pokemon to her Pokemon Go collection. She had a Pokemon sighting down by the river near her house. She hurriedly went to the site in hopes to catch the Pokemon. But instead of a Pokemon, she found a dead body floating by the river.

Then, there are stories of people getting stuck because of their Pokemon GO passion. This woman and a group of teenagers were no different. The woman reportedly went to a cemetery and climbed a tree there to catch some Pokemon. After catching one, she realized she couldn't get back down and called 911 to help her. Meanwhile, BBC reported that a group of teenagers from England decided to enter the mines hoping to find rare Pokemon there. They soon realized the mistake they did when they found out that they were stuck inside 100 feet deep into the mines. Fortunately, they were able to find a signal and called for help.

Aside from funny Pokemon Go stories, there are also scary stories like the one that happened in Missouri where robbers used Pokestops to rob people. What the robbers did is to put out some lures at certain Pokestops at night to attract those who are hunting during that time. Some unfortunate people did and fell prey into the trap; thankfully, the robbers were apprehended after a short time the incident was reported.
