Street Fighter 5 Arcade Mode Is Finally Coming

Street Fighter 5 update has recently been discovered after dataminers have reportedly been digging hard to discover a new data mine that allegedly revealed an arcade mode in the game. The feature is said to have been highly requested by "Street Fighter" gamers.The Arcade Mode is reportedly in the works with a prototype button already data mined.

Apparently, leaked images of the arcade prototype have been spotted on a post on the Neofighters forum by the user LeonX. The screenshots showed what is said to be the barebones menu showcasing an Arcade and Arcade Prototype buttons. The buttons were allegedly found by dataminers on the "Street Fighter 5" update.

If true, the Street Fighter 5 will include an Arcade Mode that is said to be a staple for all fighting game series. The mode is the avenue for gamers to enjoy the fighting game at surface level sans getting bodied or following in depth story lines. Capcom previously said that it is considering adding an Arcade Mode in Street Fighter 5 via an update due to requests from fans.

Apparently, Capcom allegedly could not easily implement the Arcade Mode on Street Fighter 5. In the meantime, new content have been released adding six new characters, new costumes and game modes. Previously, the DLC's have often released towards the end of the month and were often delayed in Ibuki's release. The problem was later fixed and Capcom compiled the late DLC with the update for the next month.

Meanwhile, the most recent Street Fighter 5 DLC included costumes with an extra aesthetic option. This could be done by holding three punches, a light kick and up at the same time while transitioning from the character select screen to the match. Some character's costumes will be changed slightly by removing parts of an outfit.

Street Fighter 5 Easter Egg

The Street Fighter 5 Easter egg trick was previously believed to only work at the beginning of a match. Apparently, the change can also be done in between rounds, KikoMasterRD posted on Twitter. Hence, changing into a Halloween costume during a match is now possible by holding the same inputs until the next round will commence.
