With the photo release showing the Riddler with a smirk, Edward could have gotten what he wanted.

Despite Mayor Oswald Cobblepot, also known as The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), trying to make "Gotham" great again, crimes continue to take place around the city. Mayor Oswald seems to keep his cool amid killings that have taken their toll. There have been speculations that Mayor Oswald will be taking a few steps to keep his promise as the episode title "Anything for You" suggests.

Penguin Survives Gas Attack

Penguin, meanwhile, is teased wearing a chef's hat at a soup kitchen. Other photo released has Penguin covering his nose in thick clouds of smoke. Reported to be a gas attack, Penguin manages to survive the incident. Does the gas attack have something to do with him visiting that soup shop?
