Batman: The Telltale Series Update: Episode 3 Trailer Launched

It seems like Telltale Games is back on track with their Episode 3 of Batman: A Telltale Series. The follow up episode came a bit over a month since Episode 2 was released. Batman Episode 3 will arrive on almost all of the slated platforms today, Oct. 25, while mobile and Xbox One will have to wait a little bit longer. In addition, Telltale Games released a sneak peak of what Episode 3 has in store.

According to Game Rant, it is a norm for Telltale Games to provide a short description of the new episode along with a new trailer. For those who are still in the process of completing the latter Episode, it was suggested that you will need to take a break since spoilers are inevitable. However, if you are determined enough, proceed with caution.

Based on the short description provided by Telltale Games, it mentions a familiar phrase among Batman fans "by the flip of the coin." This means that fans will expect a new villain to arrive in Episode 3. The brand new episode seems to focus on building the separation between Bruce Wayne and Batman. As foreseen, Batman will have his own enemies, while Bruce on the other hand, will share his own adversaries as well. It is somewhat intriguing on the part where Bruce Wayne was being removed as CEO and how will he react to it.

Meanwhile, the trio of Penguin, the Children of Arkham and now Harvey Dent positively show the intensification of conflict for Gotham and Batman. Hopefully Telltale Games will be able to maintain the pace of each of the episode releases following the first two episodes. Based on the analysis, it seems like the gap between Episodes 2 and 3 is much shorter than of 1 and 2. That means Batman will conclude by November or early December.

Perhaps, it could be a win-win situation for both the fans and the studio. Since ending the Batman series could please the fans while freeing up Telltale's schedule in order to launch the third season of The Walking Dead.

Batman: The Telltale Series Episode 3 entitled "The New World Order" is now available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStations 3 and 4 while European PS3 and PS4 players will have to wait until Oct. 27 for the official release.
