Pokemon Go Update: New Bug Allows Players To Browse Pokemon And Eggs In One Screen

Niantic has recently released a new update to their augmented reality game Pokemon Go. The latest update brings several new features to the game. However, numerous reports had been surfacing the internet lately. The reports mention a new bug that splits the screen between a player's Pokemon list and Pokemon Eggs.

According to Otakukart, the new bug occurs after the new patch. A Reddit user posted a gif picture of the bug on TheSilphRoad. As seen on the post, you can now scroll 1/3 eggs and 2/3 Pokemon. A trainer named itsallcauchy said that it also works either way with 1/3 Pokemon and 2/3 eggs. Unlike the previous version, whenever you slide between the two tabs, it will fully transfer to the designated tab. However, the current situation seems like you can stop it anywhere. In addition, you are required to slide on the side that fully taking up a majority of the screen.

Thankfully though, it does not affect any of the game's present element and is just considered as a minor bug which can be fixed in the following updates. However, some trainers might find it annoying to work around. The best way in avoiding such bug is to swipe the screen completely. Apparently, some players surprisingly find this bug useful since it enables them to monitor both Pokemon and eggs simultaneously. That means whenever they felt lazy, they will just do a half swipe on the screen to see the progress on their Pokemon eggs while checking some Pokemon to transfer.

You can report this recent bug to Pokemon Go's official website in order for the developers to be aware and attend to it immediately. More Pokemon Go updates coming soon. Meanwhile, check out the first-ever Pokemon Go Halloween Event trailer released by Niantic.
