George R.R. Martin's 'Winds Of Winter' Being Proofread; Author To Release Two Books Simultaneously?

The release date of George R.R. Martin's sixth installment to the book series "A Song of Fire and Ice" entitled "Winds of Winter" has already been highly anticipated by the fans of the books. Now, reports have claimed that the book is already being proofread and in addition to that, the seventh book will also be released simultaneously to the sixth.

Prior to the "Winds of Winter," the last book of the series was released way back in 2011 entitled "A Dance with Dragons." The book series have been more popular these days especially that it is used as reference to the hit HBO series "Game of Thrones." The fans have been waiting for this book for so long already and reports claim that it will finally be released in 2017. Despite Martin's best efforts to produce the book in a short span of time, he admitted that he couldn't since he admits to being a slow writer. He also wants to assure the quality of his work as opposed to the time to publish it.

There have been many reasons behind the delay of releasing the "Winds of Winter" to the avid fans. It has been speculated that Martin is writing the seventh book as well and is planning to release both books simultaneously. This has then excited the fans even more, speculating that they would get more than what they have initially expected to come next year.

Daenerys To Ascend To The Throne In The Sixth Installment, "Winds Of Winter?"

As for the spoiled storyline for the "Winds of Winter" installment, Daenerys will reportedly rise to the throne and will cost her the dragons in return. This ascension to the throne is led by the upcoming battle between the dragons and the White Walkers. There has been no confirmation to this storyline yet but many have already speculated it to happen. Martin also revealed that there will be major deaths in the book and it will definitely devastate many of the fans of the books' characters.

Though not yet confirmed, "Winds of Winter" will reportedly be released on March 2017.
