"The Young and the Restless" spoilers for next week, Nov. 14-18 reveal that Jack will force Phyllis to leave the town, but Phyllis is following his plans. Will Jack be forced to fire Phyllis? Meanwhile, Victoria will soon discover that Travis cheated on her.

Jack Forces Phyllis Out

After a steamy hot kiss she shares with Jack (Peter Bergman), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) urges Jack to admit that he can't resist her. Apparently, Jack still wants Phyllis but there's no way for him to tell about it for now. Jack ends up furious and tells Phyllis to stop playing games with him.

Jack will force Phyllis to leave Genoa and move to New York for good. Yet, Phyllis remains adamant perhaps because Jack knows he can't fire her for some obvious reasons. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers reveal that Phyllis will swear to the heavens that she'll take half of the company with her. What can Jack do about it?

Victoria Discovers Travis Cheating

In the meantime, Travis (Michael Roark) will find himself in bed with Michelle (Kelly Fry). She knows he can't resist her. Unfortunately, Travis' cheating will not just linger in Michelle's suite. Recent spoilers reveal that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will know about it sooner rather than later. Michelle might have a slip of a tongue if she happens to talk to Ashley (Eileen Davidson) about it. Ashley will then open up about it to Billy (Jason Thompson) who will feel responsible to tell Victoria.

Without Travis knowing, everyone in his circle will soon be in the loop. In fact, he'll be surprised upon learning that Ashley knows about his cheating. Ashley will demand Travis to admit the affair to Victoria; otherwise, she'll do it herself. How will Travis get out from this situation now?
