Nintendo Switch Bizarre Moment: Video Presenter Shows Nintendo Switch Model; Viewers Divided If Its Real Or Fake

A video presenter recently showed a purportedly a Nintendo Switch unit. However, a number of viewers think that it's a fake and simple 3D copy.

Etika And His Nintendo Switch

Video presenter Etika proudly showed of what looks to be a Nintendo Switch. The over-excitable man mentioned several times in his Switch presentation that he might get into trouble for showing it to the public. Unfortunately, he merely presented it but did not turn it on which could have convinced a lot of people of its authenticity. The video clip could be seen here since the original YouTube video clip has disappeared. However, viewer discretion is advised due to the presence of profanities and the presenter is half naked.

Viewers Reaction To Etika's Nintendo Switch "Reveal"

Viewers from various social forums such as NeoGAF were talking about Etika and his Nintendo Switch. Many were amazed or incredulous that he could get one while stores would have to wait for next year to get their stock. Some pointed out the "Switch" he is holding is nothing more but a 3D replica of the real thing. Whether real or fake, Etika's Nintendo Switch video managed to stir reactions from a lot of the game console's fans which is probably the intended purpose.

Nintendo Switch - Highly Anticipated?

The Nintendo Switch is considered to be the most underpowered gaming platform compared to Sony's PlayStation and Microsoft's Xbox One. However, it does feature the newest and customized NVIDIA Tegra processor chip. It's also a hybrid game system that can be played as a console or a handheld device. And of course most if not all Nintendo game titles will be included in the Switch.

The video reveal last month showed a number of possible games that may be included in the latest Nintendo gaming device. Many of them were not even available for the Wii U which is reportedly in its final production run. The Nintendo Switch is expected to be released on March 2017.
