Legend Of Zelda Escape Room Happening Soon In The U.S.

Legend of Zelda fans will be happy to learn that they can be have a real-life experience playing the game soon as Nintendo announced its plan to create an escape room based on the game. It is part of Nintendo's marketing strategy and will be brought across the United States in a limited tour. To create the escape room, Nintendo will be partnering with SCRAP, a company known for creating world-class and innovative escape rooms.

The Legend of Zelda escape room is called "Defenders of Triforce" and described by Nintendo as not your average escape room. Players will find a lot of elements from the Legend of Zelda game in this escape room. Furthermore, it won't be as scary as other escape rooms.

"Instead of escaping from a locked room, participants work in teams of six to solve a mystery in a huge area, all within a set time limit. The experience will let guests interact with classic items and characters seen in The Legend of Zelda series like the Goron, Zora, and Kokiri tribes. Discovered items can be used to solve puzzles and move forward into other areas, just like in The Legend of Zelda games," described Nintendo.

Nintendo also issued an invitation on their Twitter account to those who want to experience the game in real life and join others in solving puzzles and exploring the world of Hyrule. They also listed the dates and the cities where the Legend of Zelda escape room will be opened. These include San Francisco (January 31 - February 5), Los Angeles (February 10 -12), and San Diego (February 24 -25). They will also bring the games to Seattle, Phoenix, Houston, Chicago, and New York but there were no specific dates yet regarding these cities.

This is such good news after rumors that the Legend of Zelda game might not make it during the Nintendo Switch launch in January.
