Aaron Korsh Talks About "Suits" Season 6B; New Characters And New Challenges

It can be recalled that the first half of "Suits" season six was filled with much drama. With Mike (Patrick J. Adams) having sent to prison, he was not able to push through with his wedding with girlfriend, Rachel (Meghan Markle). Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) has also been written off the show, since she will be filming for another project in Los Angeles. It will be hard for her to juggle both shows since "Suits" is currently being filmed in Canada. Thus, the next half of the season will feature Harvey and Louis trying to handle the firm without Jessica in the picture.

Series creator Aaron Korsh was more than willing to discuss the details of the upcoming second half of "Suits" season six. He confirms that even with Jessica gone, there will be no new series regulars to join the show. There will be recurring characters to come to the show from time to time, but there will be no new regulars due to budget restrictions. However, he has confirmed that on the first episode of its return, a new character will be coming to help Donna in helping Harvey and Louis trying to take over the firm in Jessica's absence.
