The Japanese original patch notes were released through the official Square Enix site, however a translation was made by Nova Crystallis. Since it is just an unofficial translation, the actual patch notes may have a slight difference.

Some examples of the Day One Patch notes are composed of the following:

The added actions that were inspired by the Omen trailer includes "Shift (Warp) Drop Kick" (When daggers are equipped, and "Backward Shift (Warp) Magic" (Elemental Magic Activation within a short distance). Here are examples of Wait Mode-exclusive abilities that were added to the Ability Call just for the Wait Mode experience: Libra Speed Increase can be obtained through the use of Libra. Wait Gauge Recovery will be able to recover when an enemy is defeated.

Another battle screen effects were added just for players to easily understand their HP status: When HP is less than 25%, the whole screen will be filled with a light red filter. When in a pinch, the whole screen will be covered with a dark filter. The Crown Update patch is sure to be making some serious game improvements to the final version of the Final Fantasy 15. The players are still giving feedbacks to the development crew of the game.
