"General Hospital" spoilers for Tuesday, Nov. 29 reveal that Nelle will try fooling Sonny by doing a make-believe scene that they slept together. Carly will soon learn about it, take it against Sonny and get infuriated. What are Nelle's ulterior motives?

Nelle Fools Sonny

The rift between Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) began to widen after the Corinthos patriarch discovered that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) kissed his wife. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Nelle (Chloer Lanier) will fan the flame by making a make-believe situation that she slept with drunken Sonny after lashing out about his wife's affair. After seeing Nelle beside him in his bed, Sonny will get furious about what happened.

Sonny can't remember anything that has happened between them other than he was drunk the last night and just letting his heart out. Nelle will act like she, too, was drunk. If Sonny could remember that Nelle doesn't drink due to losing her kidney, he would fit the puzzle pieces together and conclude that she is lying. Nelle will try to appease Sonny by saying she'll keep quiet about it, but definitely will use this instance against him.

Nelle Works For Her Father

It has been a hanging question as to whom Nelle is working for. Latest "General Hospital" spoilers unveil that Nelle's trying to avenge his father who Sonny and Carly hurt in the past. Sooner or later, Carly and Sonny will know about it after their relationship almost goes awry.

Alexis Busted

Authorities come knocking at Alexis' (Nancy Grahn) door after Julian (William DeVry) disclosed who ran over him. At first, Julian covers up for Alexis but there's no best way to send her to rehab other than reporting her. Alexis has been making a lot of mess caused by her boozing spree leading to unruly behavior.
