Final Fantasy XV Rumors Say Game Was Incomplete When Released

Final Fantasy XV have been out for how many weeks already and some have even finished the game. There are many players who have been disappointed with how the game ended that now rumors about the game being released in its incomplete state are surfacing.

Some players have started comparing Final Fantasy XV with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. They say that like Metal Gear, Final Fantasy XV showed similarity with the game with some of its scenes very obviously cut off.

These rumors started surfacing from the 4Chan community. According to them, the story in Final Fantasy XV was not the original story Square Enix wanted it to be. The supposed "original story" talks about murder, hallucinations, and ghosts.

As one 4Chan user said, Noctis supposedly killed the female lead character in the game. However, he did not remember that because he suffered some sort of amnesia. Perhaps, the guilt was too much for him so his brain had selective amnesia. That theory somehow explains the reason why Final Fantasy 15 does not have any female protagonists.

This is not the only FF15 theory that is floating around that seemed to fuel the incomplete rumors. Some said that the ending is supposed to be bigger where the dark world of Lestallum was gone and old Iris appeared in some scenes.

Despite all these rumors and the disappointments, there are still a lot of fans who love how Final Fantasy XV ended. It might look disappointing but some said that it still leaves a lot of room for future expansions. Some even called it an anti-design to elicit strong emotions in the hearts of players.

No one really knows whether FFXV is incomplete or that Square meant it to be for future expansions. We want the latter to happen along with some fixes to the pervading issues happening in the game.
