You Don’t Want To Catch This On Pokémon GO Because It’s Useless

While there are a couple of Pokémon on Pokémon GO which are very much useful despite being common, another common Pokémon is found anew to be a useless creature. Spearow is the bird Pokémon who is good for nothing.

Most Useless Pokémon

Despite it being common, Spearow is one of the costliest creatures to evolve. It will take 50 candies. Note that Weedle, Caterpie and Pidgey, another common Pokémon, will only need 12 candies for its first transformation and they're good for power leveling. Spearow, on the other hand, cannot even be used for that matter. Hence, Fearow, its evolution, has a very low CP.

Spearow Vs. Other Pokémon

Rattata also requires 50 candies just like Spearow. However, the previous update of Niantic ditched Rattata from the 2 km eggs category alongside Pidgey and a few others. If players happen to catch Ditto, they cannot take advantage if they meet Spearow because for one, the Pokémon cannot be disguised or copied.

Pokémon GO On Apple Watch

On a positive note, Pokémon GO has already been made available on Apple Watch. This version of the game allows trainers to search for nearby Pokémon and accumulate limited items like potions from the Pokéstops in the vicinity. Of course, players cannot catch the Pokémon using the watch so they must use a smartphone to do so. In a nutshell, Pokémon GO on Apple Watch is just a device to detect creatures scenting nearby.

Pokémon GO Map

On other news, Pokémon GO now has an interactive map website called PokéScout. Primarily, trainers traveling to any point of the globe can use this to track locations and status of gyms in Pokémon GO. This gives trainers an overview of which teams dominate a certain gym which basically helps in saving traveling time and effort. For example, PokéScout mapped Denver's status revealing that 48 percent of its gyms are owned by Team Mystic, 40 percent are owned by Team Valor, while 12 percent are owner by Team Instinct.
