Final Fantasy XIV Latest News And Updates: New Screenshots Of Patch 3.5 Released; Here Are Some Details Of The Update

Square Enix has recently released a new batch of screenshots of Final Fantasy XIV patch 3.5. This update is entitled "The Far Edge of Fate." The game developer also released some details about the update's screenshots. This latest update will feature the reunions of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn.

Several Dungeons Are Added To The New Patch

Final Fantasy XIV patch 3.5 will also feature some of the dungeons. Fans will be able to explore the Dun Scaith. This is a new 24-man raid dungeon ruled by two bosses, Scatach and Deathgaze. Players will also be reunited with Hildibrand, the inspector, detective and agent of enquiry with his zany comrades who will again provide some comic relief amidst the fast-paced action of the game.

Final Fantasy XIV patch 3.5 will also feature other dungeons. One of them is the Baelsar's Wall. This dungeon marks the border between Gyr Abania and the Black Shroud. It is a reminder of the imperial tyranny of Gaius van Baelsar, who is loyal to a fault to Emperor Solus Zos Galvus.

Another dungeon that will be added in Final Fantasy XIV is the Sohm Al (Hard). The hierarchy of Sohm Al was dethroned when Nidhogg fell at the Dragonsong War. Now without its leader, the Horde was forced to scatter to the four winds. There is no one guarding and tending the sacred grounds of the dragons anymore.

Players Of Final Fantasy XIV Will Get The Chance To Own The Firebird Mount

There will also be a number of new mounts. They are majestic and awe-inspiring mounts which can fly to the air. Another mode of transportation which players can use to explore the realm of Final Fantasy XIV is the Demonic lanner. This bird has two gold flaming wings that will take the player to the air fast and easy. Players who can gather all the lanner series will get the chance to acquire this Firebird mount.
