‘Resident Evil 7: Biohazard' Guide: Details On Unlocked Bonuses After Completing The Game

The latest installment of the “Resident Evil” game series has just been released and many players are already trying to find out the many ways to complete the said game. “Resident Evil 7: Biohazard” actually has some special bonuses that can be unlocked soon easily, well, sort of. As it turns, these special items are available as soon as the game is completed.

Just like how it is with “Resident Evil” video games, despite having to change their gameplay and the usual machine gun-loading zombie apocalypse plotline, the latest video game in the franchise sticks to one tradition. Capcom has designed “Resident Evil 7: Biohazard” as a game that can be played over and over again to acquire different endings and various bonuses that are only unlocked soon after the game is completed. The special bonuses range from special weapons to a new mode.

Players will able to unlock a new mode after completing “Resident Evil 7: Biohazard” either in easy or hard mode, which is deadlier and more challenging in terms of difficulty. This unlockable bonus is called the Madhouse difficulty, where health is not regenerated and of course, the enemies deal more damage, and they are more of them waiting to pounce for an attack. Alongside the Madhouse difficulty, to make things probably easier, the heavy damage weapon, an Albert-01R handgun is automatically placed in the inventory.

Completing “Resident Evil 7: Biohazard” in the easy mode unlocks another bonus called The Secrets of Defense, which is a scroll that reduces the damage enemies deal when they attack while the player is blocking or on guard. Another bonus lies around that reportedly enhances chances of surviving a blocked attack when The Essence of Defense is equipped. It is another scroll best paired with The Secrets of Defense.

It is said that when “Resident Evil 7: Biohazard” is completed four hours of in-game playtime, certain special items are unlocked. The Circular Saw, another powerful weapon, and the Running Shoes, a nifty bonus that makes Ethan walk faster is made available under the said condition. Lastly, a pair of X-Ray Glasses can be acquired after finishing the normal mode, which can identify and alert players of nearby items and other collectibles.
