Rainbow Six Siege Update: Spanish Operator Jackal Revealed

Within the next month, Rainbow Six Siege will start their second year of content. Due to this, fans have now a clear idea of what they are going to look forward to such as eight new operators, four new maps, and a lot of cosmetic items that are said to come all throughout the year.

Fans were already given the chance to experience some of the forthcoming content of Rainbow Siege through a teaser video about its first new map. Game Rant reports that on the contrary, the Spanish operators, who tie-up with the other content, are still filled with mystery.

Ubisoft has recently released the official profile for its first Spanish operator. He is called Ryad Ramirez Al-Hassar and he will have the codename Jackal, according to Game Spot. He is assumed to be listed as an Attacker thus he will possess C7E and PDW9 as his main weapons along with the ITA 12S and USP 40 as his secondary armors.

Despite Ubisoft's revelation, they will not be revealing the operator's special ability until the Siege's Six Invitation event will happen within the next weekend. As what can be seen within the short teaser video, Jackal activated a unique visual headset that let him see footprints that were left by those who are from the opposite team. The time cooldown feature of this special ability is not yet confirmed. It has not yet been determined if it will be similar to Caveira's silent walk, but it will be challenging for the defending team should they choose to roam around.

The official backstory of Jackal indicated that he was just seventeen years old when he and his brother became victims of an assumed case of street violence. They barely survived this tragic situation and it eventually led to his brother's death. Ryad now swears to expose the mystery about the death of his brother so he decided to enroll in the Cuerpo Nacional de Policia upon coming into the right age.
