OnePlus 3T Beats Google Pixel XL In Fast Charging

The OnePlus 3T and the Google Pixel XL may be products of 2016 but these phones are still two of the best Android flagships as of this time. Nevertheless, the OnePlus 3T gets more praises than its competitions for the sole reason that it is a flagship phone with a midrange's price. The 3T only costs $439 at the minimum but it can actually beat its rivals when it comes to some features. In fact, the OnePlus 3T can beat the Pixel XL when it comes to fast charging.

OnePlus 3T vs Google Pixel XL Charging Speed

As per a Neowin report, OnePlus has pinned the Pixel XL against the 3T in a simple but effective charging test. In a YouTube video posted by the OnePlus channel, it showed how the two phones were charging while their GPS applications are being used. After a supposed 30 minute drive, the OnePlus 3T shows a 57 percent power while the Pixel XL only reached 19 percent. This is quite impressive considering how heavy of a load GPS apps are, and since this is quite an essential application, it's important to know how much your phone's charging capability can hold up to such app. With that said, the OnePlus 3T delivers an amazing Dash Charge performance, at least according to the company's video.

It's worth noting though that this could be a case to case basis and there could also be circumstances and tests wherein a different result will be achieved. Nevertheless, so far, things look good for the OnePlus 3T. Just as long as you use a compatible charging equipment, you can expect your OnePlus 3T's Dash Charge feature to work as amazingly as it claims.
