Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 For PC: What Specs Do You Need?

A lot of hype is building up for the release of Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite later this year, but some players are also gearing up for the release of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for the Xbox One and PC. Hopefully the release builds up enough hype for players to get excited about the next installment in the franchise.

Though Marvel vs. Capcom 3 was released back in 2011, the game was considered popular enough to be released for the PS4 last year. This March will finally have the game coming to the Xbox One, and for the first time, PC, so players brush up on their MvC chops just in time for the release of Infinite.

According to Gaming Bolt, two version of specs have been released for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Since the game is pretty old, players who don't have the most powerful gaming PCs can still join in on the fun upon release.

Recommended Specs

The PC will need to have an OS of Windows 7 SP1 or 8.1 with 4 GB of RAM. It will also need to have a Intel Core 2 Quad 2.7 GHz processor, as well as an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 graphics card. The game will require 16 GB of storage and Version 9.0c of DirectX. The Sound Card has to be DirectSound compatible and there needs to be a broadband internet connection. It's also recommended that the PC has an Xbox 360 compatible controller.

Minimum Specs

For players who don't have the specs listed above, the game will still work with an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM and an NVIDIA graphics card that's a GTX 260 or better. The rest of the specs like the OS, sound card, storage and Direct X remain the same.

A lot of players are excited for the release of Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, but news has come out that the game will be taking a step back and requiring players to have a two-hero combat system instead of three. Some fans are distraught by the news, but the developers thought that three heroes forced the player to pick characters that weren't really their fancy.

No official release date has been announced for Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, but players can get their hands on Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 when it becomes available for Xbox One and PC on March 7.
