Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 Valentine's DLC Finally Arrives

With a new holiday just around the corner, the ladies of DoA are getting new costumes which lack a surprising amount of modesty. According to DualShockers, Koei Tecmo is releasing this downloadable content (DLC) specifically 'catered' for the player. The costume itself is nothing but a ribbon that wraps around the characters as if they were a present.

However, this is as far as the game will go as players will not be allowed to 'unwrap' the costume. This means that while the females are nearly bare, there will still be enough ribbons to cover the important parts. Those who have a copy of the game for the PS4 or PS Vita can now download the costume.

Once the in-game catalog has been updated, players will be able to buy and choose from the nine variations of the ribbon which are basically just recolors. Alternatively, those who do not have enough in-game currency can buy premium ticks using real money instead. Luckily enough, players still have the choice to not spend any actual currency on the ribbons, unlike the Senran Kagura collaboration DLC.

In line with this, fans of both series' can now dress up their favorite hero as their preferred shinobi from the said game, as per another DualShockers report. However, these special outfits are unlike the periodic costume releases meaning that players will have to shell out money in order to obtain them. Those with the Asian version of the game can buy the set with all of the costumes for HK$196 which is roughly around $25. On the other hand, fans can also just pick their preferred costume for only HK$29 or roughly $4.

Despite the rather scandalous Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 Valentine's DLC, the game also contains other similar clothes for the cast. Players can even enjoy the costumes further as the title is actually compatible with virtual reality. For those who want to play the game, they can import themselves an Asian copy that includes English subtitles.
