Below the Discover People´s events section, there are other sections filled with profiles of many people from other events the user had attended, or even people who live near or work at the same place. Naturally, this is something that privacy advocates will totally hate, considering that providing the profile to unknown contacts is not exactly a great measure to make the user feel safe and protected.

Nevertheless, some analysts suggest that the silver lining of this new feature is that it would be quite beneficial for business networking and dating purposes, given the fact that its structure allows someone to simply find your profile then tap to message you. In any case, this controversial Facebook´s feature is rolling out to users of iOS and Android smartphones but hasn't reached the 100 percent of the users base at this time.
