'Halo Wars 2' News: What Changes Are Coming After The Beta?

Since the beta game of Halo Wars 2 has started, 343 Industries has received several comments from the players who participated in the game. The developer listened and paid attention in order to apply the necessary changes in the soon-to-be released game.

Necessary Changes Have To Be Made In Halo Wars 2

Thanks to the comments and feedbacks from the players who participated in the beta game of Halo Wars 2, 343 Industries can upgrade the full game to avoid flaws and issues in the future. According to GameSpot, the developer plans to add and change a lot of things in the game.

A lot of players cannot access the in-game chat in PC platforms. Now, 343 Industries have improved the voice chat functionality in the console. Next, the multiplayer and network reliability have been upgraded. The players will not have a hard time now in connecting the hardware to Halo Wars 2.

Also, 343 Industries is also reducing Locust and Bloodfuel Locust DPS health and shield values because the players noticed that the character are unbalanced. Lastly, Scarab has been improved by letting the character attack from a shorter distance.

Map Editor Will Not Be Available In Halo Wars 2

The players are asking if 343 Industries is planning to include a map editor in Halo Wars 2. The developer has a quick response and said that the company is not planning to sell it together with the retail package, as per Game Rant.

The players were expecting that the map editor will be added because the feature is available in the other Halo Wars installment. Some of the fans were disappointed when they learned that 343 Industries scratched the feature out.

Hopefully, players will be satisfied on how 343 Industries upgraded Halo Wars 2 after pointing out what needs to be improved and to be fixed. The developer still has time because the game will only be available on Feb. 21 for Xbox One and PC.
