Nioh Tips And Tricks: Guide To Using Elementals

Like any other role-playing games, the game Nioh features status ailments that players can afflict enemies with. Players have the option to set enemies on fire or use other status ailments that will surely be a big help on defeating them. For some enemies or mission bosses, using the right element or status ailments will be a really big help to beat them.

The Fire Element inflicts damage to enemies and bosses over time, especially when players continue hitting them with this element. The Water Element, on the other hand, will increase the amount of damage dealt with enemies. One of the best combos to try is to hit them with water element then set them ablaze with fire.

The Wind Element will reduce all enemies resistance, which decreases their chance to block or parry attacks. Players can use this to tear down enemy's stamina by doing continuous attacks. The Lightning Element will make enemies weaker, it slows their attack and movement speed, making enemy's attack easier to dodge and kite them around.

The Earth Element doubles enemy's Ki consumption, which will lead to enemies being exhausted more often. this will make them open from different powerful attacks. Poison element inflicts damage over time, like fire element, but poison has a greater damage than fire. Lastly, the Paralysis element, this element will stun enemies on their exact spot for a period of time in which players will be able to rampage on them and hit them with several powerful attacks.

Take note that the elements mentioned can also affect the main character so players need to be careful when dealing with enemies that inflict status ailments.
