‘NCIS Los Angeles’ Season 8 Spoilers: Callen, Anna Romance Takes A Higher Level; Sam Undertakes Dangerous Mission To Capture A Drug Lord

It seems that the love life of Callen (Chris O'Donnell) will brighten up. "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 8 episode 17 will bring back Anna (Bar Paly). Her return to the show could again spark the light of love in their hearts. Meanwhile, Sam Hannah (LL COOL J) will be facing some dangers as he tries to collar a drug lord.

Sam Will Use His Old Alias To Catch A Drug Lord

The title of episode 17 of "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 8 is "Queen Pin." Its official synopsis says Sam is undertaking a new mission on behalf of the team. This mission requires him to take down a drug lord who has evaded arrest several times. To succeed in this mission, he will use his old alias. This could mean he will return to his roots, which could risk his life.

Bar Paly Will Return To Pinch-Hit For Kensi

The synopsis also says that Bar Paley will return as Anna Kolcheck, a former team member of "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 8. As Kensi (Daniela Ruah) is still out, the team needs to bring a replacement to help out in its field operations. The synopsis also states that Hetty (Linda Hunt) will interrupt the romantic night of Callen and Anna to ask them to escort a prisoner. That could mean that the two will be back in each other's arms in the upcoming episode.

Callen And Anna Will Recreate The Sparks

Bar Paly made her last appearance in the TV series in episode 21 of Season 6. She worked on a mission to rescue Callen's father. Since then, it was assumed that the two have carried mutual feelings for each other or even a relationship.

Paly also briefly appeared in episode 11 when Callen invited her for a family Christmas dinner. It is, therefore, probable that in "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 8, the two will resume their relationship and may end up tying the knot before the season ends. The next episode airs on March 12 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
