Horizon: Zero Dawn has a special weapon called the Tearblaster and it's a unique weapon that uses special ammo with compressed air. It can strip a machine's armor in one hit. It's obtained from Ahsis inside Hunter's Lodge when the player gets to Meridian City.

After doing the quest to gain entry inside the Hunter's Lodge in Meridian City (obtain three medals), and another quest for Aloy to prove herself (give three trophies to Ahsis), Aloy will get a new quest called Hunter's Blind. Follow everything there is to do in the quest and the player will get Tearblaster in Horizon: Zero Dawn.

Aside from Tearblaster, Horizon: Zero Dawn has more than its fair share of amazing weapons. The best rope arrow there is called the Shadow Ropecaster which can be used to immobilize machines. This weapon can be traided from the Hunting Goods Merchants from Meridian for 500 Meta Shards and 1 Snapmaw Heart.

Horizon: Zero Dawn, also has a weapon called the Shadow Sling which inflicts damage against machines that are weak against elemental status effects. It can shoot shock, frost, and fire grenades. It can be bought for 650 Metal Shards and 1 Crystal Braiding from Hunting Goods Merchants in Meridian.

Shadow Hunter Bow is bow perfect for those who like to spam shots in Horizon: Zero Dawn. This weapon is fast, can be modified thrice and has 80 handling. It can be bought from the Hunting Goods Merchants in Meridian for 650 Meta Shards and 1 Watcher Heart.
