Red Dead Redemption 2 Release Date Leaks, Find Out Here

Red Dead Redemption 2 might have gotten its release date leaked already despite earlier claims by 2K Games. In line with this, one UK retailer posted an eye-opening release date on their website.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Release Date Leaked?

According to This Gen Gaming, one UK retailer called Base might have potentially leaked the release date of the highly anticipated open world action-adventure game. They listed the product with a release date of Sept. 26, 2017, which is actually a Tuesday. While there was a possibility that the website might have just been making wild claims, they also listed other titles like Days Gone, Crackdown 3 and Sea Of Thieves with a Dec. 31, 2017 release date. Because of this, Base might have already been informed of the official release dates and leaked it early.

While the release date may fall in line with the announced fall launch, it does not completely fall in line with 2K Games' earlier statement. The studio claimed that the title would be releasing in fiscal 2018, which has a rough date of October 2017 to September 2018, as per PlayStation Universe. On the other hand, Rockstar might have finally decided to pull a September launch date instead of dragging it out that long.

New Features To Look Forward To

While not much has been revealed about the game, there are a few things that players can look forward to. Firstly, the online multiplayer will be a major factor in the game. Meanwhile, there is also the chance that the game will have more than one playable character. Finally, there have been some leaks regarding specific voice actors who have landed a role in the game.

Furthermore, 2K Games also promised that the upcoming sequel will feature both great story and gameplay elements. For now, fans will just have to wait for an official release date. Red Dead Redemption 2 will be playable on the PS4 and Xbox One.
