Seasons Will Soon Be Part Of Ranked Multiplayer Campaign In Gears Of War 4

The Coalition is changing how the ranked play works in Gears of War 4. The developer wants the players to be more skilled and more competitive than their usual play. With that said, The Coalition will be introducing seasons to the game that will test the players' skills.

Ranked Play In Gears Of War 4 Will Have Seasons

Players' participation in the multiplayer campaign of Gears of War 4 in the upcoming months will become a lot harder. The Coalition just announced that Seasons will be part of the ranked plays.

According to GameSpot, every season will last up to "a few months," although The Coalition is not yet sure how long will this "few months" actually be. At the start of the first season, players need to earn their ranks by participating in the placement matches. They will define whether they belong on the higher group or the lower.

However, The Coalition will reset the ranks after the end of every season. It means that they have to fight to regain their previous ranks or to become better players in Gears of War 4. The rewards will be weapons' skins based on the tiers such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Onyx and Diamond.

The Coalition Has More Plans For Gears Of War 4

The developer is determined to balance things out in ranked plays of Gears of War 4, as per Gaming Bolt. The update will be released any day and players should practice already before it will go live in the game. The Coalition also wants other Tiers to mingle with one another.

The update will help the players and the developer to sort out what Tier is appropriate for them, based on their skills and abilities. It means The Coalition is very serious on how the players improve over time in Gears of War 4.

Players should take Gears of War 4 more seriously since the gameplay is about to change. Hopefully, ranked plays will encourage the gamers to be at their very best since, which is exactly the developer wants by making the game harder for them to rank up and to earn their spot on matches.
