OnePlus 5 vs Xiaomi Mi6 vs Nokia 9: Battle Of 2017's Powerful Flagships
The OnePlus 5 rumors are circulating on the internet and leak suggests it will arrive before the end of June. Meanwhile, Xiaomi has already issued some marketing materials for its next Xiaomi Mi6 launch, which is apparently taking the wraps off this coming 21st April.
Meanwhile, HMD Global currently managing the Nokia name on smartphones has so far unleashed a handful of entry-level and as well as mid-range phones. Reportedly, it is set to launch the Nokia 9, a top-end Android smartphone, which could be positioned to compete with the biggest flagships this year. Nokia will take the wraps off in either late July or early August this year.
OnePlus 5: Possible Design, Features, And Specs
The OnePlus 5 smartphone will come and feature a 5.5-inch dual-curved edge AMOLED display with an FHD 1080p of resolution. One Plus 5 is also expected to power the latest offer from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 835 and is packed with whopping 8 GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB with the help of microSD card. OnePlus 5 is rumored to sport a 25MP main camera and a 12MP shooter for selfies. More so, Android 7.1 should run the show out of the box and a 4000mAh battery juice. The price tag is under $500.
Nokia 9 Specs, Design And Features
Nokia is proven for being durable for years. Its latest smartphone, Nokia 9 is expected to be powered by quad-core Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM and packed with 64GB of internal storage. Nokia 9 is also rumored to feature a 22-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 12-megapixel front shooter for selfies. Reports claim, it'll also run Android 7.1 and under the hood is a 3800mAh nonremovable battery. Nokia 9 will come along with water resistance features, Qualcomm Quick Charge 4, Zeiss optics, 360-degree audio, an iris scanner and a fingerprint scanner. The price is roughly around $699.
Xiaomi Mi6 Specs, Design And Features
The company has launched the device with a 5.15-inch display with a four-sided curved 3D glass. It's back is completely smooth, save for the dual camera setup and a vertical flash. The Mi6 is powered by Snapdragon 835 processor and will be available in capacities of 64GB and 128GB. The phone features a 12MP dual rear camera and uses its twin lenses to offer a wide-aperture portrait mode, along with a 10x digital zoom, 2x lossless zoom, and optical image stabilization. Under the hood is a 3,350mAh battery that will last all day and an under-glass fingerprint sensor plus a newly splash-proof body with sealed SIM tray. Xiaomi Mi6 is priced at $360, depending on the variant.
Clearly, OnePlus 5 gives an upper hand over Xiaomi Mi6 and Nokia 9 when it comes to RAM and camera quality if all rumored specs mentioned above are accurate. If you are on a tight budget and looking for as premium as OnePlus 5 and Nokia 9 or among other major flagships this year, Xiaomi Mi6 for $360, is the best choice for you. On the flipside, Nokia standouts when it comes to quality and durability.
