PC gaming is a lot of fun when you have all the necessary arrangements made for a sure win. While talent and skill play a considerable and irreplaceable part in helping you become the master of your chosen game, a significant part of your winning stroke relies on your gaming pc itself. You can not expect an office use pc to provide you the same results as a gaming pc, yet a poorly tweaked gaming pc is no match for the winners, either.

The software, hardware, user experience, graphics of your pc when rise to the challenge, can elevate your whole gaming career. If you do already have the best gaming setup equipped and working, there are still a lot of tweaks that will ensure a gaming experience like never before. So, get working and tweak your gaming pc to these settings right away:-

Get game trainers

The best software tweak you can do for your gaming pc is to get pc trainers. If you are not yet playing with game trainers, it is safe to say that you are not having much fun with your games.

Game or PC trainers not only allow you to play your games in a much simpler way, but they also help you access features that are not normally available in the game. Hence, you end up having a lot more fun.

A PC trainer is a specially modified software application for your chosen game that opens up a portal to never seen before functionalities and cheats. You could tweak your game so that your ammo never runs out, or you get 'infinite lives' or 'health meter marking' in your game. The game trainer might need to be updated with each game software update.

Using the Game Mode

If your gaming PC has Windows 10 running on, there is a pretty good chance that your 'Game Mode' is already on. The Game Mode is a simple function that commands your pc to allocate more resources to your game, making the experience lag and glitch-free. So, if you do not own a 'strictly tweaked for games' pc and just have a Windows 10 device, this simple setting can better your game manifold.

All you need to do is go to your setting or press the Windows key + I. Here, find the 'Gaming' category and turn on the Game Mode. Hence, whenever you get ready to hit the track or kill some zombies, your pc automatically detects that you are playing a game and dedicates maximum resources for the game.

Update graphic drivers

Your pc will most commonly have an Nvidia GPU driver. An updated GPU drive instantaneously helps better your FPS, and in turn, your game quality improves. A great drive updater software will boost your gaming PC's performance. Simply check your graphic card by searching the device manager and clicking on the Display Adapters. From here, you can update your driver.

You can also check if you have a pre-installed GPU driver updater tool that can be summoned from the taskbar. If not, just check the right match for your graphic driver on the web and download a suitable updater to elevate your game. Another way to make sure that your driver is up to date is by checking the Update and Security settings for seamless graphic hardware and software communication. An updated driver will, thus, ensure a smoother game run. You can also check out Ryzen 7 3700x motherboards which are said to be the best motherboards for gaming.

Set Window updates as a secondary priority

It's uniquely fun to be playing your favorite video games on a fully updated pc. But what is not fun is to have your pc and bandwidth divide its attention into providing resources to a heavy-load update and an equally demanding game. Hence, what you need to do is make sure that your pc does not update while you are in the middle of a very tense moment in your game.

So, reach for your computer's settings by pressing Windows key + I and look for Update and Security. Now, Click on Windows Update and tap on Advanced Settings. Here you will find the option to turn off the 'Restart this device as soon as possible when a restart is required to install an update' setting. Instead, look at switching on 'Show a notification when your PC requires a restart to finish updating.'

Consequently, your pc will never shut off while you are in the thick of your game, and you will still get notifications when your computer needs an update. Needless to say, you can keep your pc up to date and with no security issues, and yet never compromise with your game.

Familiarize with game settings

In-game settings are a great way to personalize the game for your pc and get the best out of what you have got. Few simple changes such as graphics, shadow work, and more can help determine the overall quality of the game running.

The settings on any game can be found on the home screen of the game itself. It may include anything from the screen pixels to the game sounds and more. For a normal pc, turning on every setting and update will only mean overloading the driver and getting splotchy gameplay. But if you do have an exceptionally great gaming setup, these settings can make the difference between a mediocre at best and an excellent game.

Check your battery preferences

Laptops run differently when on different power percentages. So, your gaming pc is most likely to reduce performance quality when you are running low on battery and so that you can use the pc for an extended time. This is pretty good for normal browsing on your laptop but not quite great when you want an outstanding experience from your gaming setup. Hence, if your go-to gaming setup is your laptop, tend to stay near the socket and plug for better performance.

On the other hand, you can also tweak your battery preferences and how it impacts your computer by overriding a few settings. Open your Windows settings and look for the Power and Sleep category. Directly opt for additional power settings and then change plan settings. Here you will reach a dialog box when you choose 'Change advanced power settings' that allows you to direct the performance, system processor, and graphics when power is not plugged in.

Your gaming setup should be running fast and smooth by now. A few other tweaks can include not letting your setup get too hot or buying cooling pads, cleaning vents, and cooling fans of your gaming pc. Other simple changes such as freeing up space can also help up your game.
