Storks: Not Just Another Bird Movie

The Storks Movie may remind us of colourful bird movies cliche that have graced our screens before - but that's just at hindsight. This new Warner Animation baby will surely take us to new places we've never been before.

Storks is a colorful animation movie with a tinge of contemporary humor. Part of its snapp and refreshing disposition can be attributed to its co-director, Nicholas Stoller and its writer Seth Rogen.

The movie brings us to a place called Cornerstone- a place where babies are delivered. The employees of Cornerstone are storks.

When Storks left the baby-delivery business, they have resorted to delivering packages for an internet retailer.

The company took in the last baby they delivered, Tulip, as voiced by Katie Crown.

Years and years have passed and a stork named Junior became top delivery stork. Tulip, also working in the company, is not doing very well.

The company wants to fire Tulip and Junior is being asked to do it. Junior transferred Tulip instead to a mailroom job and asked her not to leave it.

The movie also tells of a young boy named Nate Gardner who feels lonely and wishes for a brother. The boy learned about the storks and wrote them a letter. Due to a series of events, the letter reached Tulip's hands and placed the letter in the slot that happens to be the former baby factory.

The story just gets interesting from here, with the storks unexpectedly producing a baby 18 years after it has been shut down.

Music may be sparse in the entire movie, but the pack of wolves and penguins make up for the excitement and animation that will absolutely excite young viewers and even adults.

Stork is certainly that happy and snappy movie that will give you 90 minutes of entertainment.
