HTC 11 Leaked Details: Specs, Features And Released Date Rumors
The HTC 11 is rumored to launch in early 2017 but it has been generally quiet in their front. But now, HTC is making some noise after details about the new HTC 11 were leaked.
The details about the HTC 11 were leaked through Weibo, the Chinese equivalent of Twitter.
The new HTC 11 will have a 5.5-inch 1440 x 2560 display. What will set it apart from most smartphones is that the screen will be curved. This will be a huge shift from its predecessor. The HTC 10's flat screen has a QHD display which measured only 5.2 inches.
HTC will probably use Snapdragon 830, supposedly the best mobile chip from Qualcomm once it is released. The upcoming SoC will most likely be octacore and will support 8GB of RAM. However, the HTC 11 will probably have 4 or 6GB of RAM.
The leak, according to Tech Radar, claimed that HTC 11 will have a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP one up front. If this is true, this is quite a letdown as some of the latest devices announced or released already have dual-lens cameras.
Rumored release date
The HTC 10 was just released in April but that didn't stop rumor mongers from insinuating that the HTC 11 is already in progress. HTC's supposedly new flagship phone is rumored to be coming out early next year. If predictions hold true, the launching of the next HTC handset will be on April 2017.
Others peg the launching to happen on March considering most of HTC's devices were introduced on that Month. In fact, only the HTC 10 was not launched on March.
How much will it be?
PC Advisor predicts the price of the HTC 11 to be at least under $700 (£549). Considering how flagship phones have been priced lately, there is a possibility that the HTC 11's price will reach around $750 (£599).
