'Attack On Titan' Season 3 Airs In Spring 2018, New Teaser Hints At Survey Corps' Biggest Struggle

The new season of “Attack on Titan” has finally been confirmed as its official release date has been announced. Along with the announcement is the release of a new teaser, hinting of the bigger story that lies ahead.

“Attack on Titan” Season 2 recently ended with a cliffhanger and fans of the anime series can’t wait to see what is going to happen next. The last episode of the recent season left off with a revelation, one that unveils Eren’s true powers as a titan shifter. Aside from that, a new character appears that happens to be another major character in the story.

Luckily, the wait for “Attack on Titan” Season 3 is not going to be as long as the wait for the second season. At the recent Anime Expo 2017, it was announced that “Attack on Titan” will be returning for a third season in Spring 2018. The announcement included a new teaser photo, which features the upcoming arcs that the anime series will tackle.

Those who have been religiously following the manga series, which releases a new chapter every month, are already aware of the identity of the mysterious spectacled blonde man. That man happens to be the Marleyan soldier name Zeke Yeager and he possesses the power of the Beast Titan. He was the one responsible for the titan attacks that was revealed in the first two seasons.

In “Attack on Titan” Season 3, the Survey Corps will get a closer look at him as they try to battle it out with him and his Titan troops in a final effort to capture him along with the other enemy titan shifters. The third season of “Attack on Titan”, also referred to as “Shingeki no Kyojin” will reveal heartbreaking results from the Survey Corps’ efforts to save mankind and more new characters.
