Apple has announced a new color for its iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro. If green happens to be your favorite color, it is your lucky day.
There will be two new finishes that will be available soon: green for the iPhone 13 and alpine green for the iPhone 13 Pro. Those interested to get their hands on them should take note that preorders will begin on Mar. 11. Both will be available starting Mar. 18.
The green and alpine green joins the other variety of colors for the iPhone 13 models. For the iPhone 13, that includes midnight, pink, blue, and more. For iPhone 13 pro, the lineup already includes silver, gold, and other colors as well.

Apple is adding new finishes to the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro.
According to the announcement posted on the Apple website, the two new finishes come in green and alpine green.
Bob Borchers, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, said in a statement that "People love the design of iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13, and we're excited to unveil the stunning new alpine green and green finishes, which join the wide range of beautiful colors on the iPhone 13 lineup."
Borchers added that that tech giant cannot wait for customers to take advantage of all the features and benefits that the iPhone 13 lineup has.
Those who want to own an iPhone 13 or an iPhone 13 Pro in green can preorder on Mar. 11. The two new finishes will become available to the public by Mar. 18.

What to Expect with the Green, Alpine Green Finishes
Apple succinctly describes what can be expected of the two new green-hued finishes. The company also assures customers that the design will not just be sleek but durable as well.
The post on its website reads, "The new alpine green iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, created using multiple layers of nanometer-scale metallic ceramics applied across the surface, is perfectly complemented by the surgical-grade stainless steel band and textured matte back glass."
Apple adds that the two models have the most advance display ever seen on iPhone, which comes in two sizes: 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches.
The green finish for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini, on the other hand, has an aluminum frame and a Super Retina XDR display. It is available in 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch sizes
Other Colors for the iPhone 13, Previous Models
The green-hued finish joins the already available color options for the iPhone 13. Other color options include pink, blue, midnight, starlight, and red, according to a separate post on the Apple Newsroom.
The iPhone 13 Pro's other color options include sierra blue, graphite, gold, and silver.
Older models of the iPhone also got to enjoy pops of color in their lineup. Per a report by The Verge, purple was added to the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini lineup during Apple's spring event last year.
Green had also been an option for those who purchased an iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 12.
