Netizens Flooded the Psychiatrist's Page With Negative Reviews

Netizens did not only express their displeasure with Dr. Spiegel on Twitter and TikTok.

In fact, the psychiatrist's page on the medical website WebMD reviews were bombarded by negative and low rating reviews.

Insider reported (via BBC) that as one of Heard's witnesses, Dr. Spiegel testified that Depp "has behaviors that are consistent with someone that both has substance-use disorder as well as behaviors of someone who is a perpetrator of intimate-partner violence."

What Do the Reviews Say About Dr. Spiegel?

Most of the reviews found on the psychiatrist's WebMD page implied disapproval and criticism of his testimony during Depp's trial.

"Regardless of the turd and Depp trial. This man is a total fruit cake and genuinely scares me children could be under his care. Absolutely loves himself. Fortunately the only people he'll be treating are as idiotic as him," one of the one-star reviews said.

Another one-star review claimed that Dr. Spiegel was "Rude, Biased, Unprofessional. Was not able to look at all the facts in a case without making a judgmental bias (paid) opinion. Based opinions on hearsay not facts without interviewing subject at hand. Gave generalized fact less opinions. Does not follow orders."

Despite this, the psychiatrist appears to have a few supporters. Among the many harsh reviews on WebMD, a few people tried to defend him.

"So many reviews here spreading false claims about his testimony on May 23rd 2022. The fact that Johnny Depp needs and encourages this kind of fan support and hired aggressive bullies to represent him, says it all about Johnny Depp. Dr. Spiegel was brilliant and had the most amazing sense of humor. Kudos for Amber Heard's team staying classy!," a five-star review said.
