The company is expected to release its next-generation Kindle Fire tablets in the coming weeks.

The slate will also have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G LTE radio.
The 8.9-inch Kindle Fire HD will reportedly feature a 8.9-inch 2560 x 1600 Full HD display, thinner and lighter design, will be powered by the same quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and Adreno graphics of the 7-inch tablet, it will also include 2GB of RAM, but will have an 8-megapixel rear camera in addition to the front-facing shooter. The upcoming 7-inch model will only have a front camera.
The report also claims that the build of the tablets has improved over the current generation. The tablets will reportedly be thinner, lighter and more comfortable to hold. The site claims to have learned from "multiple sources" that Amazon is looking to launch its new Kindle Fire tablets sometime in the fall, possibly in late September.
