We have good news for Yakuza video game fans.

Eight Yakuza Games Is Coming to PlayStation Plus

On Wednesday, Sony revealed that it would add eight titles from the acclaimed Yakuza series to PlayStation Plus for the remainder of the year.

Yakuza, an RPG-inspired open-world action-adventure game, was released for the PlayStation 2 back in 2005. It features Kazuma Kiryu, a soulful gangster caught up in a tale of crime and bloodshed.

Over the years, seven further games would appear, with releases on almost all Xbox and Sony consoles in addition to PC, according to Kotaku.

However, the game title will once again make a comeback in PlayStation, with the first hitting the service in August.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon

Yakuza Kiwami

Description: On the PS 2, the first Yakuza game launched in 2005. This PS4 version recounts Kazuma Kiryu's early years as he returns to the streets of Japan after serving a ten-year jail sentence for a crime he didn't commit in order to save his best buddy.
