Here's How You Can be Sorted Into Your Hogwarts Legacy House

When the news that Hogwarts Legacy is in the works, "Harry Potter's" fans and gamers are equally delighted. Unfortunately, the release of the game game was delayed for next year.

Despite the delay, there's still a new treat for fans as long-time "Harry Potter" fans are allowed to import their houses and wands to the game, as per IGN.

Players Will Get Exclusive In-Game Rewards When They Link Their Accounts

WizardingWorld.com has just announced that you can import your Hogwarts House and your wand into the Hogwarts Legacy.

Developer Avalanche just released a new trailer showing the four Hogwarts Legacy common rooms. You will be able to visit these common rooms once you are sorted into the game.

In the video, Chandler Wood says that the Hogwarts Legacy is being created "for Wizarding World fans."

Following that, players of the game will be allowed to "link" their "Harry Potter" fan club account with their WB Games account, as per GamesRadar.

By linking your "Harry Potter fan" club account with your WB Games account, you will be able to import your house, and wand into the game.

This would mean that you will be able to retain your data containing the house where you were first sorted together with your wand.

You will also get some exclusive in-game rewards when you link your accounts. One of the in-game rewards that you will get is a "beaked skull mask." You can unlock this in the game, and you can also wear it while playing.

You'll also get a "house fan-atic school robe." When you link your "Harry Potter" Fan Club account, you'll get your hand on this exclusive robe. According to Give Me Sports, this is available to members only.

Lastly, you'll be able to have access to your original wand which means you no longer need to get a new one in the game.

How to Link Your WizardingWorld.com Account, WB Games Account

To link your account, you need to go to WizardingWorld.com. Since WizardingWorld.com is linked with Pottermore, you'll have access to the former if you sign in with Pottermore.

First, you need to log in to your account on WizardingWorld.com. Next, you need to complete the wand, and sorting ceremony. But you have already completed it before, your details will instead appear.

Afterwards, you'll have to proceed to the WB Games website. Create an account, or simply log in if you already have one.

The next step is to connect to WizardingWorld.com. To link your account, you'll have to paste your code in.

Once you access Hogwarts Legacy, you'll see an account link prompt once you load up the game for the first time.

You'll have to proceed to the website offered and scan the QR code. From there, you'll be provided with another code to submit. Complete that and receive an exclusive wallpaper.

According to IGN, players of the Hogwarts Legacy will be students of Hogwarts who are starting their fifth year. Currently, not much is known about the story except that the events are set long before what happened in "Harry Potter."

Originally, Hogwarts Legacy was slated for a 2021 release date. It was later moved to 2022. The game's release was delayed for the second time, with the release now set on February 10, 2023.
