Taylor Swift to Feature in Apple Fitness+ Workouts

Swifties will soon have one good reason to work out with the songs they love most.

Apple Fitness+ mentioned in its official Instagram account that it would soon feature some tracks from Taylor Swift's album "Midnights" in its next Artist Spotlight.

Although Apple Fitness+ did not disclose when its next Artist Spotlight will come out, Swift's "Midnights" album is scheduled for release on Oct. 21, per 9to5Mac.

Apple Fitness+ has reportedly partnered with 11=time Grammy award winner Taylor Swift to bring some of the tracks from her new "Midnights" album to be featured during the former's Artist Spotlight.

According to Apple Fitness+'s announcement, Swifties and people looking to get a workout can enjoy some of Swift's tracks while exercising, allowing them to enjoy her music while keeping themselves fit at the same time.

Apple even created special artwork based on the album cover of Swift's "Midnight" to promote the upcoming Artist Spotlight.

Unfortunately, the company didn't mention which tracks in Swift's album were selected to be featured. Apple only left a "TS Midnights Track" placeholder scattered across the three other workout playlists Apple released for its Apple Fitness+ service, per Billboard.

These three other workout playlists are "Yoga with Jonelle," "HIIT workout with Anja," and "Treadmill with Scott." All of them feature some of Swift's old songs for Swifties and active people to get in shape with.

The Yoga Playlist will feature songs like "Breathe," "All Too Well," "the 1," "Wildest Dreams," and evermore." Meanwhile, the HIIT Playlist has "You Need To Calm Down," "You Belong With Me," "22," and "Paper Rings."

The Treadmill Playlist has "Wildest Dreams," "Love Story," "fearless," and "Red."

Apple Fitness+'s Instagram post also invited people to pre-add Swift's "Midnights" album on Apple Music as it will become available on Oct. 21 - the same day the album gets released worldwide.

What Is Apple Fitness+'s Artist Spotlight

Apple Fitness+'s Artist Spotlight is a workout playlist that condenses the services of Apple Music, Apple One, And Fitness+ into one playlist, per Apple.

Playlists made under the feature, which include "motivating, high-energy tracks," collaborations, and remixes, are unique for each artist showcased.

Apple's Fitness+ page shows that the company previously featured Pharrell Williams, Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, and Billie Eilish on its Artist Spotlight playlists.

Those with Apple Fitness+ subscriptions may notice that expert trainers are presenting the various workout playlists featured in Artist Spotlights, which are divided into categories.

These include HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Core, and Dance.

A separate 9to5Mac report mentioned that although Apple Fitness+ currently requires an Apple Watch. However, Apple will soon make the service available to anyone with an iPhone capable of running iOS 16.

At press time, aside from needing an Apple Watch, those who wish to subscribe to Apple Fitness+ will need an iPhone 6S or later updated to iOS 14.3.

For those wondering, an Apple Fitness+ subscription costs $9.99 monthly. However, for those looking for a bundle deal with the service, the Apple One Premier bundle is the one they're looking for.
