Sprint HTC One on sale for $19.99 in choice of silver, black or red
HTC's current flagship is of the best smartphones on the market and you can now pick up the Sprint HTC One in silver, black, or red for $19.99.
The HTC One has been one of the best smartphones to come out this year and it's still very popular even with newer flagships around, due in part to its combination of quality design and impressive specs. HTC decided to put a lot of focus on the HTC One's design, which includes an anodized aluminum unibody case and 4.7-inch 1080p glass display. It also shaped the device's body to have a curved back that makes the HTC One feel very comfortable in the hand.
HTC also focused on software and HTC Sense 5.0 is similar to Samsung's TouchWiz UI. It is laid on top of Android so HTC could add features such as BlinkFeed, which allows your HTC One to display your social network and news updates right on the home screen (no need to open apps). The HTC One also comes with WatchOn, which turns the smartphone into a universal remote control with program guide.
Amazon is now offering the Sprint HTC One for $19.99 when signing a new 2-year contract, which allows for considerable savings over Sprint's current $99.99 price.
The Sprint HTC One features an anodized aluminum unibody enclosure and sports a 4.7-inch Super LCD 3 Full HD (1080p) scratch-resistant display. The handset is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and HTC Sense 5.0 with BlinkFeed. It includes 32GB of internal storage and has 2GB of RAM.
Its camera capabilities include an HTC UltraPixel rear camera with HTC Zoe support and dedicated HTC ImageChip, 88 wide-angle lens with HDR capability, as well as 1080p video recording on both its front and rear cameras. The HTC One is also the first smartphone to boast dual front-facing stereo speakers with HTC BoomSound, which also includes built-in amplifiers with Beats Audio. In terms of wireless connectivity, the HTC One features a 4G LTE radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and GPS. The handset also comes with an infrared universal remote control with program guide and a 2,300mAh battery.
