Sony announces its new portable wireless home audio space HT-AX7.

The HT-AX7 is a portable theater system with 360 spatial sound mapping technology that promises a cinematic sound in any room by placing the three speakers around for an immersive experience.

Retailing at $500, Sony endorses the HT-AX7 as "small in size, big in performance" featuring its two front speakers and two passive radiators on the side.

Sony's Real-Time Algorithm

The HT-AX7 home theater system utilizes a real-time algorithm to create 3D surround sound.

In addition, the wireless speaker also boasts its 30 hours of battery life and fast charging ability with as fast as 10 minutes for 2.5 hours of battery life.

Sony also uses an app to make sound adjustments from turning off the sound field for room-filling sound or using it as the traditional Bluetooth speaker.
