Valorant: Best Phantom Skins You Could Purchase

Valorant has released some pretty cool gun skins over the years. A lot of gamers often debate which Vandal or Phantom skin is best, and while that remains subjective, it's undeniable that some skins are much better than most. Here are a couple of Phantom skins you should look out for in the Store rotation.

1. Reaver

The Reaver skin is one of the most popular and earliest skins in the game. The skin will cost 1775 Valorant Points (VP) since it is a Premium skin. It comes in colorways such as red and silver, black and red, and black and white. Its finisher looks like a bunch of forsaken souls dragging the defeated enemy down.

2. Glitchpop

The Glitchpop Phantom skin is an Exclusive, which means that it will cost more than most. Each skin costs 2,175 VPs. All the color options look like a cyberpunk-themed design. The finisher, in particular, is an explosion of color and holographic signs. The best colorways for it are the original and the blue one.

3. Spectrum

Valorant collaborated with DJ and songwriter Zedd for this skin. Every time you press "Y" and preview the gun, it plays a little tune. Although it has four color options, the best ones are the black and white skins. The best part about it is the finisher, as it outlines all the corners in the area in neon RGB lights. It costs 2,675 VPs.

4. Radiant Entertainment System

This skin came from a bundle that was an earlier release. The best part about it is that each variation of the skin comes with different finishers. Just below the aim sight, there's a screen that shows different video games. Plus, the magazines are game cartridges, making every variation retro game-themed. It costs 2,975 VPs.

5. RGX 11Z Pro

The RGX is also among the most used skins in the game. It comes in the colors green, red, black, and gold. The finisher puts the defeated enemy in between machine-like pillars as they levitate. The best part about it, aside from changing LED colors, is the kill counter below the aim sight, eliminating the need to peek at your KDA. It costs 2,175 VPs.

6. Oni

The Oni is a slightly underrated skin within the game. Each variation comes with a different color aura as well as an Oni mask below the aim sights. The design is based on samurai armor, with each color different from the rest in terms of texture. The finisher also suspends the enemy in the air, appearing like they are chained to the ground. It costs 1,775 VPs.

7. Chronovoid

The skin kind of looks like a futuristic alien gun, and certain upgrades add a mechanical-like sound to each shot. Its final form shows an orb-like mechanism that serves as the gun's power source. The finisher has a similar appearance as the defeated enemy is enclosed inside it. It costs 2,175 VPs.

8. Magepunk

The Magepunk skin is based on a steampunk theme. After upgrading, the gun will look like it is holding electrical currents within the glass parts. The electricity varies in color, depending on which skin you equip. It is also one of the underrated skins for Phantom, which Riot Games upgraded in an update. It costs 1,775 VPs.
