It's not so often that a character is so well-written that everyone either unanimously loves them or hates them. But, there are a few that have been portrayed so skillfully by the actors that fans can't help but love the fictional character. Here are some of them.
1. Tyrion Lannister
He may have been part of the most hated family in the show, but Tyrion is and will always be one of the fan favorites. Throughout the show, he has been wise, loyal, and compassionate to others. His wit and humor are what made him survive all those perilous journeys and experiences. That and Lannister wealth, of course.

2. Jake Peralta
Detective Jake Peralta is one of the main characters in the show "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." In the earlier seasons, his immaturity is what makes the character likable. As the story progressed, Peralta became more of a grownup, yet managed to retain his goofball humor. Fans especially appreciate how he interacts with all his co-workers.

3. Uncle Iroh
Also known for his wisdom, Uncle Iroh is the kind of adult who would support you through your ups and downs. He guided Zuko through the right path and remained level-headed to balance out the banished prince's temper. He treated the people he met with kindness, even the one who tried to rob him.

4. Rebecca
The little munchkin may have been a little too trigger-happy, but she would stay and fight by your side even without asking. She is not daunted by anyone or anything at all and will take even the craziest missions. She was a loyal friend to the end, looking out for David every step of the way even if she did not agree with his decisions.

5. Daryl Dixon
Even with a tough exterior, fans know that Daryl is a big softie. He doesn't let people know through words, but his actions show that he cares about the people around him and risks his life so others can survive time and time again. He's even getting his own spin-off from the series, which just proves how much the fanbase likes the character.

6. Barney Stinson
Although Barney might have a faulty moral compass with his questionable treatment of women, Neil Patrick Harris plays that trait in a way that makes it comedic. Barney's antics usually put him or the group in a mess in the most hilarious way possible. Despite all that, he loves his friends like family and treats his mother with the utmost respect.

7. Jaskier
"The Witcher" may be under fire for losing Henry Cavill and basically just spitting on the source material, but Joey Batey's portrayal of Jaskier or Dandelion is perfect in his own way. Book fans point out that Jaskier is far from the book's Dandelion, but they can't help but love his version of the character regardless.
